Women Empowerment & Political Participation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (WEPP-KP) project with the financial support of the Government of Canada, conducted two workshops to finalize the Stakeholders Engagement Plan for Social Protection & Gender Mainstreaming Section of the Planning & Development Department – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It will support SP&GM Section in keeping all the relevant stakeholders informed, engaged, and motivated to contribute to achieving a common goal of Social Protection & Gender Mainstreaming.
The SEP identifies and graphically classifies stakeholders for SP&GM to prioritize their engagement in consonance with the category each stakeholder falls accordingly. The SEP classified SP&GM stakeholders into four categories: that are leading, supportive, neutral, and unaware. The SEP also proposed a five-year stakeholder engagement plan to bring stakeholders on board for relevant activities and facilitate the achievement of organizational milestones.
